Cottage Hill Exteriors is a licensed roofing/siding contractor in the State of Illinois, and has been since 2002. Our license number is 104-013778.

We are EPA and VSI certified, have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, and have an A rating on Angie's List. We are also an approved HomeAdvisor company.

We are a local contractor who does not chase storms around the country, we do all of our work in DuPage, Cook and Kane Counties.

We have been based out of Elmhurst for our first 14 years, and four years ago moved to our new office at

1033 E St Charles Rd in Lombard.

As of April 22, 2010, all remodelers who work on homes built prior to 1978 must be certified by the US Environmental Protection Agency to safeguard property owners from the dangers of lead-based paint.

To conform to industry standards, Cottage Hill Exteriors is certified by the Vinyl Siding Institute to be a VSI Certified Installer.

County License

Cottage Hill Exteriors established its business license in DuPage County in 2002.

GAF Certified Contractor

Cottage Hill Exteriors is a GAF Certified Weather Stopper Roofing Contractor. GAF Timberline shingles are warranted lifetime, and start prorating after 50 years. Labor is also included lifetime through GAF.
